I'm Coach Michele Caron, the creator of My Life Coach. I developed this site as a place for coaches to connect with clients, and for all people to learn, grow and transform.
Life Coaching is a powerful process that enables individuals to make rapid, yet sustainable, positive change in themselves and their lives. It usually takes place with one-to-one personal coaching via phone or video call.
My main focus is working with top performers that are ready to take their personal and professional lives to a whole new level. I also give talks and work with radio, TV and print, do some consulting, and help other coaches create successful businesses.
I have a network of Featured Coaches that I also work with to deliver the best coaching to organizations and individuals based on their needs.
